This is my favourite restaurant in Swansea. I have visited many times for birthdays and special events with friends. Each season, the menu adapts to showcase the finest produce. Every visit offers something new and exciting. I have favourite desserts but love trying new flavours. The variety keeps me coming back for more.

Starter: Vegan Rainbow Layer Cake with Mushroom Duxelle
A beautifully presented and flavourful dish made with button mushrooms, olive oil, potatoes, carrots, spinach, parsley, chervil, tarragon, and chives. The perfect balance of textures and tastes made this a memorable starter.
Main Course: Filet de Bar à la Marseillaise
The highlight of the meal! A fillet of sea bass cooked in a rich ragout. It includes potato, celery, onion, tomato, leek, saffron, and garlic. This dish is both milk-free and wheat-free. A great choice for those with dietary restrictions. I also ordered Triple-Cooked Chips to share. They were crispy and perfectly seasoned.
Dessert: Le Chocolat
A true masterpiece! A chocolate egg filled with chocolate mousse and crème. White chocolate sorbet added a smooth contrast. ‘Oeuf à la coque’ with warm chocolate ganache and Merlin cream liqueur made it divine. Rich and velvety textures made this the perfect sweet ending.
